Happy Valentines Day


We celebrated Valentines Day , Darwin Day, Annete's fathers birthday,
and George Washingtons birthday. We went out to eat at Pappadeaux .
I had the lobster and seafood salad. My wife had the seafood sampler.
This place was not crowded. We went on a friday afternoon. We had a
nice table overlokking thr Trinity river. Joe did not throw too many objects.

We now are seeing a Chiropractor twice weekly. My back and neck pain
is getting better. Our backbones are getting strong and straight.
Joe and I walk 5 to 6 miles everyday. Joe's 18 month old checkup,
found him in excellent health. Joe is in the upper 75% of height and weight.
He has the 3rd cold of his life which I have caught. We are having a great
family fun weekend.
