The most trusted man in the U.S. Dies at 92

I remember the CBS evening news. You got the real
news back in the Walter Cronkite days. He gave you the
news and no bullshit. This man seemed to have lived
a long and happy fulfilled life.
It is great to hear that we have a man that America can
be proud of live a long and healthy life.
In the news recently is the deaths of Farah Fawcett dead from
cancer at a too young age of 62, The death of the idolized
Michael jackson from drug overdose and waisting away on
pills and poor diet. Then the death of Robert McNamara a
war criminal that should have lived out the rest of his life in
chains died in his sleep at 93.
When Walter Cronkite died I thought this is a man that should
be honored and remembered.
The corporate news went on for days about the Republican shill,
Tim Russert  a highly stressed 58 when he croaked from obesity,
leading to cornary artery disease.
Walter Cronkite ended his evening news with "and that's the way
it is Friday July 18, ----"
This was the true news, you never doubted it.
Walter Cronkite announced the death of John Kennedy in
1963, he took off his glasses and said "from Dallas, Texas the
flash apparently official, president Kennedy died at 1 pm central
standard time.." This was the end of an era, an era of truth,
justice, and the American way.
Now with the death of Walter Cronkite this marks the end of
real news reporters on "mainstream" television.
Has America ever gotten the truth in media?
