After the proverbial "100 days" of the Obama presidency.
For over 8 years I have been mad as hell. I have stood all
I can stand with the neo-con agenda . The religious right
is plumb wrong, ignorant and boring.
Yet they continue to prevail in the media The criminals
that make up the Neo-cons and Republicans deserve
life in prison and need to be tortured to boot.
Mostly I have erred in judgement by speaking out publicly
about my political beliefs and my very definate opinions
on what really happened on 9-11 and the stolen elections
since November of 2000, and the evil that has sent
thousands to their death in endless wars for profits and
empire.
I have a customer that just now has begun talking
to me after I explained why after Dennis Kucinich was black-
balled by the media, I told of my support of Nader or
possibly Cynthia McKinney.
I am grateful that Obama prevailed and I was sure that
another stolen election was going to hand the pitiful
John McCain and Sarah Palin the presidency.
Obama has given the world hope and their has been
some positive change.
My hope is to see the Bush regime go to prison for the
lies, election fraud, and for their role in the 911 attacks.
The torture issue may be the catalyst for the downfall of the
Bush crime family.
I have stood with Cindy every weekend in summer of 2005,
at camp Casey. I have written congress, I have helped elect,
Democrats and the brave few that opposed the Bush regime.
I have marched on Washington. I have gone to the rallies and
protests. Almost nothing about any of the world-wide protests,
have been reported. Therefore corporate TV is not welcome.
The occupations in Iraq and Afgahanistan are dead wrong and
costing billions will bring about doom to the U.S.A. empire.
I am still mad as hell and I am not going to take this anymore!
This Obama presidency is too little tooo late I am afraid.
Real change will have to happen with the people.
These idiots and imbeciles with the gaddamn tea parties,
make me sick . The brainwashed and the Kool -aid drinkers are
everywhere in my beloved Texas home.
I am ready for change, real change, that is my hope.
The right wing calls the Democrats, Socialists. They are
not of course. Democratic Socialism is really what is time for.
About change, read Ralph Naders,
"Where's My Change?"
also read this from a former Religious Right Republican,

This is a good one from: Is there life after smoking:
Why men are never depressed
Men Are Just Happier People-- What do you expect from such simple creatures? Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. You can never be pregnant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth. The world is your urinal. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky. You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles add character. Wedding dress £3500 Tux rental-£75. People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them. New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet. One mood all the time.
Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend.
Your underwear is £3.99 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough . You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original colour. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life. One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one colour for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a moustache.
You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.
No wonder men are happier.

Baby Joe is taking a nap. This is a good time to roast
almonds in the convection oven. After I roasted a 3 lb bag
(bought at Costco raw shelled almonds $9.99) I put
the hot roasted nuts in plastic containers from other nuts.
We are nut lovers here at the Kellog's.
In recent years I have been interested in health and
keeping free of cancer and disease.
Is plastic safe? The answer no, mostly it is not safe to
re-use plastic. It depends on the symbol on the bottom.
Bottled water is a most wasteful and expensive thing to
buy. We buy 5 gallon water from Montecello Springs water.
Now we mostly use filtered water from our Samsung
refrigerator. Our baby boy drinks water and rice milk,
and some diluted fruit juice and tea. No sweet drinks.
Storing nuts and re-cycling used containers never would
occur to me, in the past, to check the bottom of the jar to
see what re-cycle symbol is on it.
Drinking water from a used water bottle was a habit,
until I learned that chemicals leach out into the water.
The best way to hydrate yourself is to drink filtered water,
from a glass container, or stainless steel. Juice can
possibly leach chemicals from the stainless steel.
Don't store hot nuts in the wrong kind of plastic.
Don't go thirsty, and don't drink so much you have to run to
the bathroom every 10 minutes. For info on plastic bottles,

Today my old friend Jimmie came to visit.
I had not seen her and her boys in over 4
years. She told of her husband bi-polar
disorder that led to divorce proceedings.
Her soon to be ex had attacked her and
her kids with an ax. She is very open and
candid in the presence of her 16 year old
and 10 year old sons.
She told of how she discovered an affair,
her husband was having. She had a man
move in with her to help pay the bills ,
she said. She now has a 6
month old son with an unnamed man.
The high drama and extreme violence
this woman endures is amazing.
I was told she had thought of asking me
for shelter and assistance. I am glad to
catch up with old friends and I can see
the trouble I would have been a party to,
if I had not a happy family, of my own.
and if I had remained in close contact
with her.

Windy days and clouds threatening rain prevent my lil champ,
and I from going on our peace walk today. We will be walking
for peace and health as soon as the skies clear.
