Today my wife and I began the
You Are What You Eat plan
We are going to be McKeithed.
We record the program from BBC America.
Gillian McKeith is a nutritionist from Scotland,
she goes into homes of morbidly obese,
Londoners, mostly and snoops into fridges
and closets to see what people eat.
Mostly the obese on this show favor "takeaway"
food or in America we call it "fast food".
She is very outspoken and often makes people
cry after she admonishes them on their poor
food choices. She is quite different in a number
of ways including that she examines each persons
"poo". The poo sample is "blurred" on camera.
McKeith insists that with a proper diet of fruits
and veggies a healthy poo will be "sausage shaped
and will be burnt sienna in color.
McKeith will lay out on a table exactly everything
each person eats in a week.
Shocking the "rubbish these folks stuff in their gobs"
Dr. Mckeith , examines each physically and will
check a patients tongue.
A crack down the middle of the tongue\ McKeth says:
"A crack down the middle of your tongue is related
to a weak stomach and poor digestion."
My wife and I are keeping our own food diaries .

Obama Wins!
He actually would have won
by about 6 million more votes,
if we had legitimate elections.
Widespread reports of caging voters
and scrubbing the registrations of
millions of voters, machines flipping
to a McCain vote. A new type of "Poll Tax",
4 to 6 hour waits to vote in mostly Democratic,
or Black precincts.

We are happy Obama won. For certain the
people did not get to hear from the best

The eve of another bogus election.
All hope is lost to a real democracy
in the U.S.A. My wife and I do intend on
voting tomorrow. We do have some hope.
Will truth, justice, and the American way prevail?
It is most unlikely. We have a brainwashed people
here in the United States of America. We are taught
from birth that America is the greatest country in the
world. We do have that potential of greatness. The
corporate media is shilling for the criminal Republican
party. We have a culture of murder of innocent people
in endless war.
Republicans are people too, Mean selfish people.
The theft of the election will be explained by a
"Bradley effect", disenfranchised millions of votes
as a result of bogus claims of improper registrations.
This pathetic old man McCain was made a hero for
gunning down hundreds of innocent people in
Viet Nam. The right wing has won in the war on
democracy. The wealthy corporate heads will rule.
One day "Power to the people"
